[Cancellation/Change Policies]
A JPY 2000 fee per sector will be charged for cancellations or * changes made after payment until below period.
- Cancellation made 10 days before the service (20 days during peak periods) : 20% charge
- Cancellation made 5 days before the service (10 days during peak periods) : 50% charge
- Cancellation made after 5:00pm, Japan time, 3 days prior to the service : 100% charge
* Change : if same routing and made change more than 10 days before service, 1st time change won't be charged. But it is subject to availability. If cannot change, you can cancel by paying above cost.
[Important Notice]
At the airport, our driver will wait for you in the Arrival area for a maximum of 90 minutes (International) or 45 minutes (Domestic) from the actual arrival time of your flight, as reported by Kansai International Airport authorities. If you encounter any difficulties meeting within that time, please call us to avoid cancellation.
When departing from locations other than the airport, please wait in the lobby or at the assigned meeting point. If we need to wait more than 15 minutes, a waiting charge may apply, and we might cancel the service without a refund if we cannot contact you.
[Payment Charge by credit card via PayPal]
The PayPal handling charge is 4%. company (we) will pay 2% and you will pay 2%.
When you receive the invoice from us, the 2% handling charge is already added in the invoice.
